Cinco De Mayo

Happy Cinco De Mayo!

This morning Bobby got up a little late but went for a ride anyway. He rode his bike out to Camelback Mountain in north Phoenix for his first time! It was 40 miles and many bikers were out there today! He got back just at the right time as the wind has picked up. If you're interested or know the area, here is a map of his ride:

At 4:00 we had a little Mexican party (with the few of us left here in the park) in the activity hall. We had non-alcoholic margaritas, chips & salsa, taco salad, and flan for desert. Very good and had an enjoyable time conversing with some of the other residents.

After dinner, we stopped by Cheryl's to see how Jim was doing. Seems he's not moving along as well as he should, so he's going to be transferred to a rehab facility tomorrow. Hopefully he'll do better there. Our prayers are with them.
